Here are the most Frequently Asked Questions:


Q. What are the differences between the Bands/Tubing?
A. The Jump Stretch are high quality bands that are good for multiple people, or someone wanting high quality resistance bands, and don’t need handles. We use the Tubing bands with handles in the video.


Q. Which Jump Stretch Bands should I get?
A. These are suggestions:
  • Children 7-11 order the 3 Tubing band set,
  • Children 10 – 13 order the 3 Tubing band set, add in the Monster Mini Jump Stretch
  • Children 13 – 15 order the 3 Tubing band set, the Monster Mini Jump Stretch, add in the Light Jump Stretch
  • Children 15 – 18 order the Monster Mini Jump Stretch, the Light Jump Stretch, and The Jump Stretch Medium band

Q. If I am ordering this for a team what do I need?
A. You need a training log for each person; we will send you a form to order these after you order the bundle with the log. Next, depending on the ages, you would want to order the appropriate bands as listed above, 1 per  about 3 kids.


Q.  Do I have to buy your bands?
A.  No.  We wanted to provide you the convenience and option of the highest quality bands.


Q. What else do I need to buy for this workout?
A. You will need a stability ball (swiss ball). You can pick these up at most department stores, or athletic stores. Access to a set of dumbbells is needed also.


Q. How long are the workouts?
A. Usually the workouts are 45-60 minutes in length.


Q. How would we incorporate the Medicine Balls mentioned on the first page?
A. This would be an add-on to this workout. We are currently putting together this supplemental workout, and will have it ready at a future date. However, you do not “Need” this add-on workout to be successful, or to see that this is a unique workout for wrestlers. These workouts will incorporate either heavy Medicine balls or Sandbags.


Q. Once we are doing the workouts, if we have questions about an exercise, what do we do?
A. Nick will be available through e-mail to solve problems not clear in the workout. If you would like additional coaching, that can be arranged.


Q. What do we do next year, after this season?
A. This is a great program to begin with. We will be introducing our next 2 levels of workouts for the off-season for next year.
